CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOR~IIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-275 RESOLUTION APPROVING ALIGNMENT OF DEL VALLE PARKWAY AND APPROVING STREET IMPROVEMENT AND RIGHT-OF-WAY AGREEMENT WITH AUF PER MAUR AND RICKENBACH WHEREAS, no exact alignment has been approved for the portion of Del Valle Parkway shown on Exhibit A and it is necessary for the Council to find that the proposed alignment conforms to the General Plan alignment; and WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared which provides for the dedication of land necessary to construct the extension of Del Valle Parkway from Tract 4401 to the Pico Avenue Bridge and for the owners of that land to prepare engineering plans and for reimburse- ment to the City of the cost of the construction of the extension; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council finds that the alignment of Del Valle Parkway as shown on Exhibit A is in substantial conformance to the General Plan. Section 2: Approves the Street Improvement and Right-of-Way Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Frank Auf der Maur and Konrad Rickenbach. (COPy attached) Section 3: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described agreement. Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
