'8. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the development planf Exhibit A, for case PUD-82-.1-1D on file with the Planning Division. The western half of the subject property (essentially Parcels A and B) received design approval in conjunction with prior PUD approvals on ~he subject property. Approval of the buildings on Parcels A and B as part of case PUD-82-1-1D supercedes the.original approval for these two Sites. That the developer shall comply with the all applicable conditions of cases PUD-80-14, PUD--82-1 and PUD-82-12. That a final landscape plan shall be submitted to the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. That the colors of the proposed building shall be submitted to the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. That the location of any pad mounted transformers shallrbe subject to approval by the Planning Division prior to issuance of a building permit. Generally speaking, such transformers shall not be located between the street and the front of the building. That the street numbers of the buildings be posted so as to be easily seen from the street at all times, day and night. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened from View with materials architecturally compatible with the main structure. That all mechanical equipment be constructed in such a manner that noise emanating from it will not be per= ceptible at or beyond the property plane of the subject property in a normal environment for that zgning district. That all lighting be constructed in such a manner that glare is directed away from surrounding properties and rights-of-way.
