'8. <br /> <br />That the development shall be substantially as shown on <br />the development planf Exhibit A, for case PUD-82-.1-1D <br />on file with the Planning Division. <br /> <br />The western half of the subject property (essentially <br />Parcels A and B) received design approval in conjunction <br />with prior PUD approvals on ~he subject property. <br />Approval of the buildings on Parcels A and B as part of <br />case PUD-82-1-1D supercedes the.original approval for <br />these two Sites. <br /> <br />That the developer shall comply with the all applicable <br />conditions of cases PUD-80-14, PUD--82-1 and PUD-82-12. <br /> <br />That a final landscape plan shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of a <br />building permit. <br /> <br />That the colors of the proposed building shall be submitted <br />to the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance <br />of a building permit. <br /> <br />That the location of any pad mounted transformers shallrbe <br />subject to approval by the Planning Division prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. Generally speaking, such <br />transformers shall not be located between the street and <br />the front of the building. <br /> <br />That the street numbers of the buildings be posted so <br />as to be easily seen from the street at all times, day <br />and night. <br /> <br />That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and <br />any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br />on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened <br />from View with materials architecturally compatible <br />with the main structure. <br /> <br />That all mechanical equipment be constructed in such a <br />manner that noise emanating from it will not be per= <br />ceptible at or beyond the property plane of the subject <br />property in a normal environment for that zgning district. <br /> <br />That all lighting be constructed in such a manner that <br />glare is directed away from surrounding properties and <br />rights-of-way. <br /> <br /> <br />
