CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-272 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF REYNOLDS AND BROWN FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL OF SEVEN COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS AND RELATED FACILITIES ON FOUR PARCELS TOTALLING APPROXIMATELY 13 ACRES LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF JOHNSON DRIVE AND OWENS DRIVE (SOUTHERN PORTION) WHEREAS, Reynolds and Brown has applied for design approval for seven commercial/industrial buildings, totalling approximately 166,000 sq. ft. and related facilities on four parcels totalling approximately 13 acres located at the northwest corner of Johnson Drive and Owens Drive (southern portion); and WHEREAS, an environmental assessment for the overall development plan was comDleted and this aDDlication does not constitute a new Droject under CEQA and no new environ- mental documents accomDany this application; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 12, 1983 and testimony taken concerning the proposed Droject including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-82-1 and the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-82-1 as well as the City's General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Reynolds and Brown for development plan approval of seven conmercial/ industrial buildings and related facilities on four parcels totalling approximately 13 acres located at the northwest corner of Johnson Drive and Owens Drive (southern portion), subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 12, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
