WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS , CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-270 RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLA- RATION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR HOLIDAY INNS, INC. (PUD-83-7) at its meeting of July 12, 1983, the City Council received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for development plan approval for a hotel and related facilities on the 5.0B acre site located just northwest of the intersection of Foothill and Dublin Canyon Roads (PUD-83-7); and the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated May 4, 1983 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated negative declarations and environmental imDact reports; and the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there may be significant impacts upon the environment, but that conditions of approval would render these potential impacts insignificant; and the City Council finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, and the testimony and docu- mentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there may be significant impacts on the environment, but that conditions listed in Section 1 below as mitigations render these potential impacts insignificant; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves a Mitigated Negative Declaration for development plan approval for a hotel and related facilities on the 5.08 acre site located just
