CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-266 <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF ERIC PRACHT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on June 9, 1983, the City of Pleasanton received <br />a claim filed on behalf of Eric Pracht for injuries <br />incurred in an accident on April 24, 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 12, 1983, the City Council reviewed the <br /> claim and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The claim presented on June 9, 1983 in the sum of <br /> $100,000 against the City of Pleasanton on behalf <br /> of Eric Pracht for injuries sustained on April 24, <br /> 1983 is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 12, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />Mayor Butler <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: None RT~E.
