AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this __day of <br /> <br /> , 1983, by and between the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as <br />"CITY," and CAMP, DRESSER & McKEE, INC., a California corporation, <br />hereinafter referred to as "CONSULTANT". <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to contract for certain engineering <br />work necessary for the study and evaluation of the City's existing <br />telemetry and controls for the water system. The required work <br />includes: <br /> <br /> 1. Inventory the Existing System <br /> <br /> 2. Determine Future Telemetry Requirements <br /> <br /> 3. Prepare List of Recommendations Telemetry Functions <br /> <br /> 4. Evaluate Alternative Telemetry and Control Systems <br /> <br /> 5. Prepare Report <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CONSULTANT is qualified and willing to do said engineering <br />work; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants, <br />and agreements herein set forth, the parties do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Scope of Work <br /> <br /> The CONSULTANT shall perform, as required, all work as described <br />in proposal submitted by CONSULTANT dated June 7, 1983. Proposal is <br />hereby included within this agreement and attached to this agreement as <br />Exhibit "A". <br /> <br /> 2. City ServiCes <br /> <br /> CITY agrees to provide such information, records, plans, data, <br />and files as are currently available and necessary for CONSULTANT to <br />complete its work under this agreement. <br /> <br /> 3. Staff <br /> <br /> Project Manager for CONSULTANT shall be Roger G. Fry. He <br />will not be removed from the project without the prior approval of CITY. <br /> <br /> <br />
