CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-259 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROGRAM FOR 1983-84 <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the City Manager presented a staff report to the <br />City Council outlining a Proposed Capital ImProve- <br />ment Program for fiscal year 1983-84; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />a meeting was held on June 2q, 1983 where the <br />Proposed Capital ImDrovement Program was reviewed <br />and a public hearing was held to afford the public <br />the opportunity to speak; and <br /> <br />WI{EREAS <br /> <br />upon review of the proposed Capital Improvement <br />Program for fiscal year 1983-84 as presented by <br />the City Manager and Director of Finance in Staff <br />Report 83:234, dated June 15, 1983, Council found <br />that no further amendments, additions or deletions <br />to the proposed Capital ImDrovement Program for <br />fiscal year 1982-83 should be made; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council aDDroves and adopts the Capital <br /> Improvement Program ~r 1983-84 as contained in <br /> the Proposed CaDital ImDrovement Program as amended <br /> in the above-referenced staff report. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoDtion. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JU~IE 28, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, Wood and Vice Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None E~]~~.V~iCE~/~yOR <br />ABSENT: Mayor Butler <br /> <br />~ames~.'~lk Clerk ~ <br /> Doris George~ Deputy City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
