CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-256 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF DEVCON CON- <br />STRUCTION, INC. FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR AN <br />APPROXIMATELY 32,000 SQ. FT. BUILDING ON APPROX- <br />IMATELY 86,000 SQ. FT. LOCATED AT 2142 AND 2150 <br />RHEEM DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Devcon Construction, Inc. has applied for design <br />approval for an approximately 32,000 sq. ft. <br />industrial park building and related facilities on <br />an approximately 86,000 sq. ft. site at 2142 and <br />2150 Rheem Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating <br />no significant adverse effects on the environment <br />a negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br />June 28, 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on June 28, 1983 and <br />testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br />including its design, cumulative impact, consistency <br />with PUD-82-18 and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Council has found that the project is <br />consistent with PUD-82-18 as well as the City's <br />General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Approves the application of Devcon Construction, <br /> Inc. for design approval of an approximately <br /> 32,000 sq. ft. industrial park building and related <br /> facilities on an approximately 86,000 sq. ft. site <br /> located at 2142 and 2150 Rheem Drive, subject to <br /> all the conditions contained in Exhibit "A" attached <br /> hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 28, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
