CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-255 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR PUD-82-18-2D, DEVCON CONSTRUCTION, INC. WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 28, 1983, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for design approval of an approximately 32,000 sq~ ft. industrial park building and related facilities on an approximately 86,000 sq, ft. site at 2142 and 2150 Rheem Drive; and WHEREAS , the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated May 31, 1983 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Droposed design aDDroval would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for design approval of an approximately 32,000 sq. ft. industrial park building and related facilities on an approximately 86,000 sq. ft. site at 2142 and 2150 Rheem Drive, PUD-82-18-2d, Devcon Construction, Inc. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 28, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
