CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-252 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MODIFYING CONDITION NO. 3 OF CITY <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 83-160 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of April 26, 1983, <br />approval of a minor modification to case PUD-81-20 <br />was granted including a condition that the project <br />be maintained as rental housing for five years <br />commencing June 1, 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the meeting of May 24, 1983 the term of that <br />five year period was amended to commence on July 1, <br />1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Tiberius International is once again asking for an <br />extension of the commencement date because of <br />anticipated delays regarding financing for the <br />project: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYOF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Condition #3 of Resolution No. 83-160 is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"That the project shall be maintained as rental <br />housing with units not to be individually sold for <br />a period of five (5) years, said period to commence <br />September 1, 1983." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 28, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, Wood and Vice <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None ~ <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Peter D.
