RESOLUTION NO. 83-246 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION INITIATING PROCEEDINGS <br /> <br /> LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 1983-1, <br /> VALLEY BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />1. The City Council proposes to form an assessment <br />district pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 <br />(Section 22500 and following, Streets and Highways Code) for <br />the purpose Of maintaining the following improvements: <br /> <br /> The maintenance of landscaping improvements within <br />the following areas: <br /> <br />The western thirty (30) feet of Lots 13 through 23 <br />(the thirty (30) feet wide landscape buffer along <br />the western boundary of Valley Business Park, for <br />which a Public Service Easement has been recorded on <br />the map of Tract 4889 filed September 16, 1981, in <br />Book 129 of Maps, page 88, Alameda County Recorder's <br />office); <br /> <br />The northern thirty (30) feet of Lots 1, 23 and 24 <br />(the landscaping along the Valley Avenue frontage <br />of Valley Business Park, for which a Public Service <br />Easement has been recorded on the map referred to <br />above); <br /> <br />The eastern thirty (30) feet of Lots 24 and 25 and <br />the western thirty (30) feet of Lots 1 and 2 (land- <br />scaping along the Quarry Lane frontage of these lo~s, <br />for which a Public Service Easement has been recorded <br />on the map referred to above); <br /> <br />The median on Quarry Lane; <br /> <br />The median on Valley Avenue from the eastern boundary <br />of Valley Business Park to.Santa Rita Road~ <br /> <br />The southern right-of-way on Valley Avenue from <br />the eastern boundary of Valley Business Park to' Santa <br />Rita Road. <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
