CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-245 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF A PARTNERSHIP GRANT DEED FROM <br />PONDEROSA HOMES FOR STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Partnership Grant Deed <br />from Ponderosa Homes to the City of Pleasanton <br />for street right-of-way purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 28, 1983, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities indicating that the acceptance <br />of this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The Partnership Grant Deed from Ponderosa Homes <br />to the City of Pleasanton for street right-of-way <br />is hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers <br />are instructed to take whatever action necessary <br />to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 28, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Wood and Vice Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None ~R~C~.~ <br />ABSENT: Mayor Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ER, VICE MAYOR <br /> ~ak~er~, City Clerk ~ <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />AP~D ~AS TO FORM: <br />Peter D.
