CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-243 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EAS~{EN~ FROM THE IMPERIAL <br />GROUP, INC. FOR ~INTENANCE OF PROPOSED UTILITIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant of Easement from <br />Imperial Group, Inc. to the City of Pleasanton <br />for maintenance of proposed utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 28, 1983, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities indicating that the acceptance <br />of this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant of Easement from the ImDerial Group, Inc. <br /> to the City of Pleasanton for an easement to Drovide <br /> for maintenance of proposed utilities is hereby <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 28, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers <br />Mercer <br />None <br />Mayor Butler <br />None <br /> <br />Brandes, Mohr, Wood and Vice Mayor <br /> <br />NOES: ~R~L <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> CER, VICE <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
