CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-242 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH PG&E <br />FOR UNDERGROUND UTILITIES <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC <br /> COMPANY regarding installation of underKround <br /> utilities, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />3: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the deed or <br /> deeds required in Section 9 of the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 28, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Wood and Vice Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None ~C <br /> <br />Peter ~.
