Ground I~sse~ sh'dl~ submit improvement plans for the aforesaid <br />work to the City of Ple~santon for approval and shall enter into an improvement <br />agreement for the work itself at the time of construction. <br /> <br />lli- TIPS O~ <br /> <br /> The work to be performed under this agreement shall be commenced at such <br /> <br />time in the future as is deemed necessary by the City ~ngineer. Upon <br />notification to Ground Lessee and Property Owner that the work is necessary, <br />dro~md Lessee shall commence construction within a reasonable time thereafter <br />and shall diligently pursue the work to completion. <br /> <br />iV. FLASTF/I CONTRACT <br /> <br /> City reserves the rigr,t to have all or a portion of the work specified <br /> <br />herein done ss part of a larger project by means of' a master contract. In the <br />event work is done pursuant to such a master contract, Ground Lessee hereby <br />agrees to pay his share oI the cost of the master contract, to be determined on <br />a pro rata basis, within thirty (30) days of notification to Ground Lessee <br />Property Owner by the Ciby L~ineer of the completion of the work and 'the <br />call-~t~a~ion of the amount o~] the pro rata share of the costs involved. <br /> <br />V.
