and convey to City that certain real property (hereinaf.ter <br />referred to as the "R~ght-of-Way") containing approximately <br />1,057 square feet shown on Exhibit "A" and described in <br />Exhibit "A-I", both of which are attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. Reconstruction of Revised Parking Area~ Upon <br /> <br />satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 4, <br /> <br />Foothill shall design, revise and reconstruct the Centerpointe <br />parking lot, landscaping plan0 irrigation system, and <br />pedestrian/bikepath along the realiEned Canyon Way substantially <br />as shown on the dimensional site plan designated "revised <br />1/12/83" attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. Said plan includes the addition of <br />new spaces to be located in Dlanned landscaped areas and <br />modification of certain parking spaces to have eight foot <br />eight inch (8'8") width dimensions rather than the nine <br />foot (9') width dimensions previously aDDroved in Case <br /> <br />Z-81-117 and Case Z-82-160. The total number of parking <br />stalls in the revised parking lot shall number 642. The <br />revised pedestrian/bikepath shall be designed and constructed <br />on substantially the same design as that of the existing <br />pedestrian/bikepath located easterly of Centerpointe, shall <br />be eight feet (8') wide and shall be located five feet (5') <br />off of the future face of the curb. <br /> <br /> 3. Consideration. <br /> <br /> 3.1 Pa~nent for Right-of-Way.
