CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-229 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING DESIGN APPROVAL OF CITY HALL <br />EXPANSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been prepared for an <br /> expansion to City Hall; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 25, 1983, the Planning <br />Commission reviewed the site plan, floor plan <br />elevations and recommended approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />City Hall is located in the Civic Overlay District <br />and any design approval in that district must be <br />granted by the City Council with recommendation <br />from the Planning Commission; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Approves the plans for the expansion to City <br /> Hall subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 14, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />Mayor Butler <br />None <br /> <br />Brandes, Mohr, Wood and Vice <br /> <br />NOES: KENNETH R.
