RESOLUTION NO. 83-227 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DETERMINING ASSESSMENTS REMAINING UNPAID <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1982-1, DUBLIN CANYON ROAD IMPROVEMENTS <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />The City Treasurer has filed a list of all payments <br />received on account of assessments levied in Assessment District <br />1982-1, Dublin Canyon Road Improvements, City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, and a list of all assessments or <br /> <br />portions of assessments unpaid after thirty <br />the recordation of the assessments. <br /> <br /> A copy of the Paid and Unpaid <br />resolution as Exhibit A and included in <br />shall issue improvement bonds under the <br /> <br />(30) days following <br /> <br />List is attached to this <br />it.
