1.7.6 <br /> <br />1.7.10 <br /> <br />2.5 <br /> <br />6.1.2 <br /> <br />15.1 <br /> <br />15.2 <br /> <br />15.3 <br /> <br />15.4 <br /> <br />15.5 <br /> <br /> ARTICLE 15 <br /> <br />OTHER CONDITIONS OR SERVICES <br /> <br />If owner chooses to bid the fire station and the training tower as <br />separate packages, the costs of preparing separate bids will be <br />included in basic services; however, the fee percentage shall be <br />increased to 8% in lieu of the 7.75% otherwise called for in this <br />agreement. <br /> <br />Basic services shall include selection of a basic interior design <br />scheme, including selection of materials and colors of walls, <br />drapes, floor coverings, and special equipment related to the <br />specialized use of the facilities as fire facilities. <br /> <br />However, Owner may choose to have Architect provide such services <br />and, if so, to compensate Architect in the manner prescribed <br />in subsection 14,4.2 as an "additional consultant." <br /> <br />Payments shall be made upon receipt of invoice from Architect. <br />Article 14.7.2 - any adjustments to reflect the changes in the cost <br />of living index (as determined by the Bureau of Labor Statistics <br />for the San Francisco Bay Region) for increases for work remaining <br />to be completed; however no adjustment shall be made if the con- <br />struction has begun within eighteen (18) months of the date hereof. <br />Article 1.7.1 - Providing analyses of the Owner's needs, and pro- <br />gramming the requirements of the Project. <br />Article 1.7.3 - Providing planning surveys, site evaluations, <br />environmental studies or comparative studies of prospective sites, <br />and preparing special surveys, studies and submissions required <br />for approvals of governmental authorities or others having juris- <br />diction over the Project. <br />Article 1.7.5 - Providing services to investigate existing <br />conditions or facilities or to make measured drawings thereof, or <br />to verify the accuracy of drawings or other information furnished <br />by the Owner. <br />Architect's Status.
