RESOLUTION NO. 83-227 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DETERMINING ASSESSMENTS REMAINING UNPAID <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1982-1, DUBLIN CANYON ROAD IMPROVEMENTS <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />The City Treasurer has filed a list of all payments <br />received on account of assessments levied in Assessment District <br />1982-1, Dublin Canyon Road Improvements, City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, and a list of all assessments or <br /> <br />portions of assessments unpaid after thirty <br />the recordation of the assessments. <br /> <br /> A copy of the <br />resolution as Exhibit A <br />shall issue improvement <br /> <br />(30) days following <br /> <br />Paid and Unpaid List is attached to this <br />and included in it. The City Council <br />bonds under the provisions of the <br /> <br />Improvement Bond Act of <br />security of the assessments shown as unpaid on <br />list. <br /> <br /> The City Clerk sh~ll transmit a copy of this <br />resolution to the County Auditor.
