CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-226 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FROM AUF DER MAUR, ET AL. <br />FOR PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from Frank <br />Auf der Maur, Alma M. Auf der Maur, Konrad Rickenbach <br />and Elizabeth Rickenbach to the City of Pleasanton <br />for a public service easement to provide for construction <br />and maintenance of a proposed water line over their <br />property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 14, 1983, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities indicating that the acceptance <br />of this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed from Frank Auf der Maur, Alma M. Auf <br /> der Maur, Konrad Rickenbach and Elizabeth Rickenbach to the <br /> City of Pleasanton for a public service easement to provide <br /> for construction and maintenance of a proposed water <br /> line over their property is hereby accepted and <br /> the appropriate City officers are instructed to <br /> take whatever action necessary to implement said <br /> acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 14, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr Wood and Vice Mayor Mercer <br />ABSENT: Mayor Butler <br /> <br />AP~j~D AS TO FORM: <br />Peter D.
