CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-224 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT 4827, <br />WOODMEADOWS, WOODHILL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for Tract <br />4827, Woodmeadows by Woodhill Development Company, has <br />been completed and a maintenance bond has been <br />posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been <br />recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities in his report to the City Council dated <br />June 8, 1983; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: That the public improvements installed in Tract <br /> Woodmeadows, Woodhill Development ComDany, are <br /> accepted. <br /> <br />4827, <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 14, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Wood and Vice Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />Mayor Butler <br />None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />~NETH R.
