CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-223 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />SEWER LINE REPLACEMENT ON VARIOUS CITY STREETS, <br />PROJECT NO. 83-9, AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated June 9, 1983, advised the City <br />Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed for sewer line replacement on various city <br />streets, Project No. 83-9, and that said plans <br />have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 14, 1983, the City Council <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> sewer line replacement on various city streets, <br /> Project No. 83-9. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 14, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Wood and Vice Mayor Mercer <br /> ]NET~V <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ICE ~iAYOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Peter ~.
