Revised May 13, 1983 officers, agents and employees from any suits or actions at law or equity for damages caused, or alleged to have been caused, by reason of any of the aforesaid oPerations- In addition to the above: That City does not, and shall not, waive any rights against Developer which it may have by reason of the aforesaid hold-harmless agreement, because of the acceptance by City, or the deposit with City by Developer of any of the insurance policies described herein. That the aforesaid hold-harmless aqreement by Developer shall apply to all damages and claims for damages of every kind suffered, or alleged to have been suffered, by reason of any of the aforesaid operations referred to in this paragraph, regardless of whether or not City has prepared, supplied or approved of, plans or specifica- tions :for the subdivision, or regardless of whether or not such insurance policies shall have been determined to be applicable to any of such damages or claims for damages. 11. Insurance. Developer further aqrees to fulfill the following: Provide a Certificate of Insurance issued to the City of Pleasanton from his insurance carrier providing proof of Worker's Compensation and policy number. Provide a Certificate of Insurance from his insurance carrier showing the amount of Public Liability and Property Damage coverage and naming the City of Pleasanton and Agents as an additional insured. Insurance coverage shall be in at least the following amounts: PUBLIC LIABILITY General Bodily Injury - $1,000,000 Per Occurrence General Property Damage - $ ]00,000 Per Occurrence Or Combined Single Limit on Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability - $1,000,000 AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY Bodily Injury - $500,000 Per Person/S1,000,000 Per Occurrence Property Damage - $100,000 Per Occurrence Or Combined Single Limit on Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability $1,000,000 -4-
