In addition, a new parallel 24" line should be provided between
Hacienda Drive and Santa Rita Road to handle the excess flow in the
existing trunk line.

New Stoneridge Drive to Hopyard Road - New Pressure Line to Pump
Station ~ New Pump Station at SPRR & Arroyo Mocho.

A new pump station could be provided at the intersection of
the S.P. railroad tracks and the Arroyo Mocho to intercept the flow
in the existing trunk line east of this point (Pt. 14, Figure 5).
A new ]1he shouId be provided running from this pump station and
connecting to the new Stoneridge (gravity) line at Hopyard Road.
The gravity line in Stoneridge west of Hopyard Road would still be
required to intercept the fiow from the 18" line down Hopyard Road.
This pump station will relieve 7.6 MGD from the current and
projected (probable) flow with the new pump station and Stoneridge
line. The flow in the last reach of the existing trunk line would
be 10.5 MGD vs. an 11.0 MGD capacity.

-10-
