The total original entitlement for the entire study area, including the additional 1.75 MGD reserve, is [0.4 MGD, although the existing capacity is l] .0 MGD at the last section of ,trunk main. As can be seen by Figure 3, the original entitlement exceeds the existing capacity in some sections of the trunk sewer, pa'rticularly east, of Santa Rita Road. B.
