CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-214 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND AGREEMENT FOR IMPROVEMENTS OF STONERIDGE DRIVE BETWEEN HOPYARD ROAD AND JOHNSON DRIVE AND INSTALLATION OF 30 INCH SEWER LINE WHEREAS, plans for the necessary improvements to Stoneridge Drive between Hopyard Road'and Johnson Drive have been completed; and WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company and Callahan-Pentz Properties have offered to construct the improvements despite the fact that approval of PUD-81-30 has been set aside by the Alameda Superior Court and there is no guarantee that the Droject will be able to Droceed as planned; and WHEREAS, an agreement has been drafted containing the Dlans and specifications of the work required together with the consideration for Prudential Insurance Company and Callahan-Pentz Properties; and WHEREAS, a study prepared for this area indicates the present East Amador Valley Trunk Sewer is inadequate for the expected flow and the improvements when made should be spread among those property owners directly benefitting from the improvements through the North Pleasanton Assessment District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 24, 1983, the City Council reviewed the above plans and agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: ApprQvea thelplans for the improvements to Stoneridge Drive between Hopyard Road and Johnson Drive. Section 2: Approves the agreement with Prudential Insurance Company and Callahan-Pentz Properties regarding the above street imDrovements, a coDy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 3: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above agreement.
