1. Time of Essence. Time is of the ~ssence in the performance <br />of this agreement. Work. Provided City obtains the easements, rights-of-way <br />and other' property rights necessary to construct the work, Developer <br />will do or cause to be done and performed the following described <br />work: <br /> <br />Improvements pursuant to Stxeet Improvement <br />Plans, Santa Rita Road between Sutter Gate <br />and 1-580, Pleasanton, California, prepared <br />by Bissell add Karn, date November 1982; <br /> <br />Pimlico Drive between Santa Rita Road dlld <br />Brocktoll Avenue, prepared by Bisse].l and <br />Karn dated April 1982; <br /> <br />All appurtenant traffic signals, masonYy <br />sound ~wa]l ~nd landscaping construction in <br />conformance with plans on ffle with the City <br />Engineer; <br /> <br />all as more particularly shown on the plans attached as e/xhibit "A" . <br /> <br /> 3. Inspection.
