CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-213 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANTA RITA ROAD IMPROVEMENTS BETWEEN SUTTER GATE AVENUE AND 1-580 AND PIMLICO DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS BET~EN SANTA RITA ROAD AND BROCKTON DRIVE AND APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE AND CALLAHAN-PENTZ PROPERTIES WHEREAS the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his report dated May 19, 1983, advised the City Council that plans and specifications had been completed for improvements to Santa Rita Road between Sutter Gate Avenue and 1-580 and to DimliCO Drive between Santa Rita Road and Brockton Drive; and WHEREAS developers of Hacienda Business Park have offered to undertake these improvements despite the fact that approval of PUD-81-30 has been set aside by the Alameda Superior Court and their is no guarantee that the project will be able to proceed as planned; and ~IHEREAS based on the Initial Environment Study, a mitigated negative declaration was adopted by Council on ~ay 24, 1983; and WHEREAS a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the proposed street improvements; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the Santa Rita Road improvements between Sutter Gate Avenue and 1-580 and Pimlico Drive improvements between Santa Rita Road and Brockton Drive, subject to the following conditions: The final design for the project shall provide adequate provisions to reduce and control any erosion and sedimentation. The final design for the project shall provide adequate provisions for dust controls during construction.
