CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-213 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />SANTA RITA ROAD IMPROVEMENTS BETWEEN SUTTER GATE <br />AVENUE AND 1-580 AND PIMLICO DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS <br />BET~EN SANTA RITA ROAD AND BROCKTON DRIVE AND <br />APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE <br />AND CALLAHAN-PENTZ PROPERTIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated May 19, 1983, advised the City Council <br />that plans and specifications had been completed <br />for improvements to Santa Rita Road between Sutter <br />Gate Avenue and 1-580 and to DimliCO Drive between <br />Santa Rita Road and Brockton Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />developers of Hacienda Business Park have offered <br />to undertake these improvements despite the fact that <br />approval of PUD-81-30 has been set aside by the <br />Alameda Superior Court and their is no guarantee <br />that the project will be able to proceed as planned; <br />and <br /> <br />~IHEREAS <br /> <br />based on the Initial Environment Study, a mitigated <br />negative declaration was adopted by Council on ~ay <br />24, 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the proposed street improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> Santa Rita Road improvements between Sutter Gate <br /> Avenue and 1-580 and Pimlico Drive improvements <br /> between Santa Rita Road and Brockton Drive, subject <br /> to the following conditions: <br /> <br />The final design for the project shall provide <br />adequate provisions to reduce and control any <br />erosion and sedimentation. <br /> <br />The final design for the project shall provide <br />adequate provisions for dust controls during <br />construction. <br /> <br /> <br />
