CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-210 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 340-UNIT RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY 60 ACRES LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF OAKLAND AND MOHR AVENUES WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 24,.1983, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Kamp, Crouch, Kral, and Castlewood Properties, Inc. for PUD development Dlan approval for a 340~unit residential project on aDDroximately 60 acres located at the northeast corner of Oakland and Mohr Avenues; and WHEREAS , the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated May 4, 1983 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for development plan approval for a 340-unit residential project on approximately 60 acres located at the northeast corner of Oakland and Mohr Avenues. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 24, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
