CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-205 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL, 1983 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,152,455.58 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of May 24, 1983, a <br />check register summary and Financial Report were <br />presented to the City Council signifying expenditures <br />for the month of April, 1983; and <br /> <br />WtIEREAS , <br /> <br />the payroll and demand checks contained therein <br />were for approved functions of the City of Pleasanton <br />which are necessary and proper expenses of the <br />City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by Checks Nos. 041317 to 041697 <br /> dated from April 7 to April 28, 1983, in the total <br /> amount of $1,152,455.58 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated April 30, 1983, has <br /> been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 24, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: None ERnESt'BUT~ <br /> ROB OR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />PeterI Do MacDona d, City ttorney <br /> 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
