CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-203 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING CONDITION NO. 3 OF RESOLUTION <br />NO. 83-160 <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />on April 26, 1983, Council adopted Resolution No. <br />83-160 granting approval to a minor modification <br />to PUD-81-20, Breilh Homes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />Condition No. 3 of the above approval required <br />that the project shall be maintained as rental <br />housing for five years commencing June 1, 1983; <br />and <br /> <br />WI~EREAS <br /> <br />subsequent to approval, the builder had to seek <br />additional financing requiring an extension of the <br />escrow and therefore asked for the five year <br />period to commence July 1, 1983 rather than <br />June 1, 1983; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Condition No. 3 of Resolution No. 83-160 is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"That the project shall be maintained as rental <br />housing with units net to be individually sold for <br />a period of five years, said period to commence <br />July 1, 1983." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 24, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT:: None ~~R. ~ <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APP~OVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Peter D.
