CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-202 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF WILLIAM RODGERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on April 29, 1983, the City of Pleasanton received a <br />claim filed on behalf of William Rodgers for damages <br />allegedly incurred in an accident on January 24, 1983; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on May 24, 1983, the City Council reviewed the claim <br />and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The claim presented on April 29, 1983 against the <br /> City of Pleasanton on behalf of William Rodgers for <br /> damages allegedly incurred on January 24, 1983 is <br /> hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 24, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: ~E~.BU~ <br /> ROB YOR <br />~W~lke~lerk <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FOKM: <br /> <br /> <br />
