CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-199 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEmeNTS, TRACT 4863, <br />SANTA RITA INDUSTRIAL PARK, DEVCON, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for Tract <br />4863, Santa Rita Industrial Park, Devcon, Inc., has <br />been completed and a maintenance bond has been <br />posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been <br />recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities in his report to the City Council dated <br />May 17, 1983; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: That the public improvements installed in Tract 4863, <br /> Santa Rita Industrial Park, Devcon, Inc., are <br /> accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 24, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: ~ER, MAYOR <br /> mes R.
