RESOLUTION NO. 83-185 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING SALE OF BONDS <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1982-1, DUBLIN CANYON ROAD IMPROVE~ENTS <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />resolves: <br /> <br /> The <br />M. L. STERN & <br />by reference <br /> <br /> City Council accepts the offer of <br /> <br /> CO., INC., (attached to this resolution and <br />incorporated in it), to purchase all of the <br />improvement bonds to be issued in Assessment District <br />1982-1, Dublin Canyon Road Improvements, City Of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> The City Council directs the sale and delivery of <br />the bonds to the offeror in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions stated in the offer. <br /> <br />resolution <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing <br />was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, at a <br />regular meeting thereof, held on the t0th day of May, <br />1983. <br /> <br />Councilmembers Brandes~ Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> <br />JAMES R.
