CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />AL~4EDA COUNTY, CALIFOP. J]IA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-183 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF NORMAN JOHNSON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on March 28, 1983, the City of Pleasanton received <br />a claim filed on behalf of Norman Johnson for damages <br />which occurred on December 22, 1982, when a tree limb <br />fell on his truck and fence; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on May 10, 1983, the City Council reviewed the claim <br />and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The claim presented on March 28, 1983, against the <br /> City of Pleasanton on behalf of Norman Johnson for <br /> damages allegedly incurred on December 22, 1982, is <br /> hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 10, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr,Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~J <br />ABSTAIN: None ~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> ROB TLER, ~iAYOR <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />AP ROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Peter D.
