CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-180 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF RIGHT-OF-ENTRY FROM CROCKER HOMES, <br />INC. FOR USE ON PROJECT 83-2, PLEASANTON SPORTS <br />AND RECREATION PARK, PHASE IV <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Right-of-Entry from <br />Crocker Homes, Inc. to the City of Pleasanton for <br />access across the Crocker Homes, Inco property <br />for use in connection with Project 83-2, Pleasanton <br />Sports and Recreation Park, Phase IV; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 10, 1983, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities indicating that the acceptance <br />of this right-of-entry is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Right-of-Entry from Crocker Homes, Inc. to the <br /> City of Pleasanton for access across the Crocker property <br /> for use in connection with Project 83-2, Pleasanton <br /> Sports and Recreation Park, Phase IV, is hereby <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 10, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />- Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> ROBERT~ E o <br /> <br />J <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />BUTLER, MAYOR <br /> <br />t .
