CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-179 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE NEW ALIGNMENTS AND <br />STREET WIDTH OF BERNAL AVENUE, PLEASANTON AVENUE, <br />HARRISON AVENUE AND DEL VALLE PARKWAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />as a result of the railroad consolidation project, <br />certain changes in street alignment and right-of- <br />way widths have become necessary; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities presented <br />his report dated May 4, 1983 to the City Council <br />outlining in detail the necessary changes along <br />with appropriate maps; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 10, 1983, the City Council <br />considered the report of the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities along with the recommendations <br />of the Planning Commission; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Council hereby grants conceptual approval and <br />establishes the new alignments and street width of <br />Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton Avenue, Harrison Avenue <br />and Del Valle Parkway, as shown on Exhibits B, <br />D and F of the staff report of the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities dated May 4, 1983. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 10, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />AI~ED AS TO FORM: <br />Peter D.
