CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-178 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />SLURRY SEALING ON VARIOUS CITY STREETS, PROJECT <br />NO. 83-8, AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated May 4, 1983, advised the City Council <br />that plans and specifications had been completed <br />for slurry sealing on various city streets, <br />Project No. 83-8, and that said plans have been <br />reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 10, 1983, the City Council <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> slurry sealing on various city streets, Project <br /> No. 83-8. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 10, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None BE~T~E.B~TLER~,~y <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> es .
