Public Needs <br /> <br /> In consideration of the large scale and long term <br /> <br />of this particular project and the public needs created <br />thereby, Developer agrees: <br /> <br /> 1. To construct Valley Avenue to City standards <br /> <br /> as shown on Exhibit B between tlopyard Road and the <br /> proposed bridge across Arroyo del Valle by September 1, <br /> 1984.
