CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-175 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENTS WITH PONDEROSA <br />HOMES, HOWARD C. HANSEN AND ANN MARIE MIX <br />REGARDING GROWTH ~IANAGEMENT APPROVAL AND SEWER <br />PERMITS <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Howard C. Hansen and <br /> Ann Marie Mix and Ponderosa Homes regarding <br /> allocation of sewer permits for Parcel A of <br /> Parcel Map No. 4014, a copy of which agreement <br /> is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council approves the a%reement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Ponderosa Homes <br /> entitled First Addendum to LonK-Term Agreement <br /> regarding growth management approval and sewer <br /> permits for Parcel A of Parcel Map No. 4014, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Council approves the a~reement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Ponderosa Homes <br /> entitled Second Addendum to Long-Term Agreement <br /> regarding growth management approval and sewer <br /> permits for Parcel B of Parcel MaD No. 4014, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 4: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br /> described agreements. <br /> <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 26, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE <br /> <br />AYES Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />- Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> ROBE I~B~UTL~ <br /> <br /> <br />
