RESOLUTION NO. 83-172 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING SALE OF BONDS <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1983-2 <br /> HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />The City Council accepts the offer of <br />Stone & Youngberg, as outlined in the agreement entitled, <br />"$45,775,000 PAR VALUE, CITY OF PLEASANTON IMPROVEMENT BONDS, <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1983-2, HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK (ALAMEDA <br />COUNTY, CALIFORNIA), PURCHASE CONTRACT" between <br /> <br />Stone & Youngberg and the City of Pleasanton, dated April 26, <br />1983 (attached to this resolution and by reference incorporated <br />in it), to purchase all of the improvement bonds to be issued in <br />Assessment District No. 1983-2, Hacienda Business Park, City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> The City Council directs the sale and delivery of the <br /> <br />bonds <br />stated <br /> <br />to the offeror in accordance with the <br /> <br />in the agreement. <br /> <br /> , <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that <br /> <br />terms and conditions <br /> <br />, , <br /> the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, at a regular-meeting <br />thereof, held on the 26th day of April, 1983. <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> <br />NOES: CouncilmemberS None <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmembers None <br /> <br />JAI~S R.
