RESOLUTION NO. 83-168 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT AND ASSESSMENT <br /> AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1983-2 <br />HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />This Council has taken a series of actions preliminary <br />to ordering the improvement in Assessment District No. 1983-2, <br />Hacienda Business Park, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br />California, and now makes the following findings and orders: <br /> <br /> 1. The Council adopted a map showing the boundaries <br />of the land benefited by the proposed improvement. A copy of <br />the boundary map was filed in the office of the County Recorder <br />of the County of Alameda in the Book of Maps of Assessment <br /> <br />Districts. <br /> <br />order the <br /> <br />Improvement Act of 1913, and directed Bissell & Karn, Inc., <br />the Engineer of Work for the assessment district, to prepare <br />report required by Section 10204 of the Streets and Highways <br />Code. <br /> <br />2. The Council adopted its Resolution of Intention to <br />improvement described therein under the Municipal <br /> <br /> as <br /> <br /> the <br /> <br />The improvement is generally described as follows: <br /> <br />The acquisition of street and utility improvements in <br />Phase I of the Hacienda Business Park, including <br />grading, paving, curbs and gutters, domestic water <br />mains, services and hydrants, storm drains, sanitary <br />sewer mains, underground electrical and telephone <br />utilities, relocated utilities and flood control <br />improvements; together with the acquisition of all <br />necessary rights-of-way. <br /> <br />3. The Engineer of Work filed the report as directed, <br /> <br />ORIGII'.,IAL <br /> <br /> <br />
