RESOLUTION NO. 83-164 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDERS <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1982-1, DUBLIN CANYON ROAD IMPROVEMENTS <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> The Council <br />Works to issue change <br />1982-1, Dublin Canyon <br />conditions: <br /> <br />hereby authorizes the Director of Public <br />orders for the work in Assessment District <br />Road Improvements, under the following <br /> <br />1. To correct clerical'and <br />and specifications. <br /> <br />2. To modify the design of the <br /> better engineering practice <br /> construction. <br /> <br />technical errors in the plans <br /> <br />improvement to accord with <br />or to achieve economy of <br /> <br /> 3. To adjust the design of the improvement to utility <br /> <br /> locations, soil conditions, or other conditions <br /> unknown or uncertain when plans were drawn. <br /> <br />Cost increases in change orders issued under this authority <br />shall not aggregate more than the amount set aside for <br />construction contingencies in the cost estimate approved by the <br />Council. <br /> <br />ORIG NAL <br /> <br /> <br />
