RESOLUTION NO. 83-162 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION MAKING FINDING UPON DEBT LIMITATION <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT ~982-1 <br /> DUBLIN CANYON ROAD IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> The City Council has directed the preparation of an Investi- <br />gation Report under Section 2824 of the Streets and Highways Code, <br />(the Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest <br />Act of 1931) covering the proposed Assessment District 1982-1, Dublin <br />Canyon Road Improvements, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, Cali- <br />fornia. <br /> <br /> The report has been prepared and filed, and a hearing has <br />been held on the report by this Council. <br /> <br /> The public interest, convenience and necessity require the <br />improvement described in the report. <br /> <br /> The project for constructing the improvement is feasible, <br />and the lands to be assessed will be able to carry the burden of <br />the proposed assessment. <br /> <br /> The estimated total amount proposed to be assessed will <br />not cause the limitation of indebtedness established by Section <br />2900 of the Streets and Highways Code to be exceeded; and further <br />that the estimated amount proposed to be assessed upon any parcel <br />of land for the proposed improvement ~ill not exceed one-half of <br />the true value of that parcel as set forth in the Investigation <br />Report. <br /> <br /> No majority protest, in writing, has been filed by the <br />owners of property proposed to be assessed in the manner provided <br />in Section 2930 of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br />i ORISINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
