CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-161 RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO CASE PUD-79-13 PERTAINING TO BUILDING HEIGHTS, SIZE OF TRUCKS, PERMITTED TRUCK ROUTES, ETC. FOR VALLEY BUSINESS PARK WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 26, 1983, the City Council received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for a major modification to Case PUD-79-13 pertaining to building heights, size of trucks, permitted truck routes and other possible changes to the zoning and development plan for "Valley Business Park", an approximately 70 acre industrial Dark now under construction on the south side of Valley Avenue im_mediately east of the residences on the east side of Kolln Street; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated January 6, 1983 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there may be significant imDacts upon the environment, but that conditions of approval would render these potential impacts insignificant; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, and the testimony and docu- mentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there may be significant impacts on the environment, but that conditions listed in Section 1 below as mitigations render these potential impacts insignificant; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
