CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-159 RESOLUTION DENYING APPEAL OF CITY COUNCIL TO DECISION OF PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP, TRACT 5117, CROCKER HOMES WHEREAS , Crocker Homes made application to subdivide an approximately 21-1/2 acre site into 15 single family residential lots and a remainder parcel on property located at the eastern end of Parkside Drive north of the Recreation and Sports Park; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 9, 1983, the Planning Commission received a staff report on the applica- tion, an environmental impact report prepared for the project and testimony from the applicant and the community; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution 2283 approving the tentative subdivision map; and WHEREAS, within the time allowed for appeal, the City Council appealed the decision of the Planning Commission in order to consider another Point of access across the Arroyo ~ocho for ultimate connection to West Las Positas Boulevard; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 26, 1983, at which time the Council heard testimony from the applicant, staff and the public; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Denies the appeal to the decision of the Planning Commission. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
