CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-158 RESOLUTION DENYING APPEAL OF CITY COUNCIL TO ZONING ADMINISTRATOR DECISION AND APPROVING MINOR MODIFICATION OF PUD-81-32 WHEREAS, a minor modification was requested regarding the 61-unit townhouse development on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court having to do with reorientation of units, increase in size of units and minor architectural changes; and WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, the Zoning Administrator approved the minor modification; and WHEREAS, within the time allowed for appeal, the City Council appealed the decision of the Zoning Admin- istrator; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the minor modifi- cations and adopted Resolution No. 2285 recommending denial of the aDDeal and approval of the minor modifications, subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 26, 1983, at which time the Council heard testimony from the applicant, staff and the public; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council denies the appeal to case PUD-81-32 and therefore upholds the decision of the Zoning Administrator aDproving the minor modification, subject to the following conditions: That the development shall be substantially as shown on the development plan dated 2/14/83 for case PUD-83-5 (minor modification to case PUD-81-32) on file with the Planning Division. That approval of this modification is subject to all conditions of Ordinance No. 1013 (which approved case PUD-81-32) attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
