CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-153 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE BY DSRSD FOR <br />SOLIDS HANDLING AND DISPOSAL FACILITIES AND FLOW <br />EQUALIZATION/EMERGENCY STORAGE FACILITIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of <br />Solids Waste Handling and Disposal Facilities and <br />Flow Equalization/Emergency Storage Facilities for <br />the Dublin San Ramon Services District Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant, prepared by Brown and Coldwell, <br />Consulting Engineers, were reviewed by the City <br />Council of the City of Pleasanton on April 26, <br />1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />these plans and specifications have also been <br />reviewed and approved by the Dublin-San Ramon <br />Services District Board of Directors; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the 1978 Agreement between DSRSD and the City of <br />Pleasanton requires approval of the City Council <br />for expenditures from the sewer expansion fund <br />exceeding $75,000; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the expenditure of funds by Dublin-San <br /> Ramon Services District for the construction of <br /> Solids Waste Handling and Disposal Facilities and <br /> Flow Equalization/Emergency Storage Facilities. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 26, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Hohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br />z~ .~ / OBE~E.
