t <br /> <br /> Grant CA-09-OllO <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />WITNESS: This Agreement has been entered into by and between the METROPOLITAN <br />TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION (hereinafter "MTC") and the CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />(hereinafter "Contractor") for the undertaking of a portion of the technical <br />planning study entitled: "THE PLEASANTON/DUBLIN TRANSIT STUDY" (hereinafter <br />"Project"). <br /> <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />The Project shall be undertaken in accordance with the terms and conditions <br />specified herein or contained in the Appendices named below, which are attached <br />hereto and by reference incorporated herein. Appendix A contains general <br />provisions applicable to this Agreement. Appendix B identifies the Project <br />Director and the function and composition of the Steering Committee. Appendix C <br />describes the work program for the Project and the deliverable products of the <br />work. Appendix D contains the Project budget, by line item and by task, and <br />identifies the funding sources. <br /> <br />The total expenditure under the Project shall not exceed TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND <br />DOLLARS ($25,000}. The Agreement shall be effective as of February l, 1983.
